My name is Lewis, and I've been a dedicated trainer for 12 years. Over the years, being a trainer has taught me so much—not just about fitness, but about people and their unique journeys.
Every interaction I have with clients has been a lesson in itself, allowing me to understand different personalities, backgrounds, and experiences. Through this, I’ve been fortunate to help change their lives in meaningful ways.
